Thank you for pledging to donate to the Oliver Springs Youth Club. By making a donation, we will
place a 4ft. X 4 ft. sign around the baseball/softball fields at Arrowhead Park in Oliver Springs showing
and advertising your support beginning in March 2007 through Nov. 2007. We will also handout fliers
from time to time at our athletic events showing and asking people to support these people and/or
businesses. Anonymous donations are fine and will be kept anonymous.
We are currently in the process of raising money to build a gymnasium and community center for the
children in our town and community. These signs are available for a minimum donation of $250.
Anything over this amount will certainly be appreciated and will be used toward this cause.
We have over 600 children who participate in our different athletic programs each year from the
Oliver Springs area. We have teams playing on these fields from Coalfield, Harriman, Kingston,
Midway, Norwood, Oakdale, Oliver Springs, Petros, Sunbright, Wartburg, as well as from other areas.
There will also be people visiting our ball fields from other places that come to watch these children
play. We use these ball fields for baseball, cheerleading, football, and softball. These signs will also
be visible during High School softball games and from the walking track at Arrowhead Park as well.
Please fill out completely what you would like printed on your sign. If you would like a logo on your
sign, then please include a business card or something with the logo on it for the printers to copy.
