The objectives of this organization shall be

A.  To provide a structured organization through which all children within
the community and surrounding area are provided with a program of
athletic competition, without regard to gender, race, religion, creed, color,
ethnic background, national origin, physical or mental handicap.

B.  To teach and instruct the fundamentals of athletics to young people,
providing them with the necessary instruction by which they can
understand the related sport or activity.

C.  To provide the necessary equipment and recreational facilities in which
young people can utilize their natural abilities and to develop athletically.

D.  To impart to the young mind the necessary ingredients in which athletic
competition can be fostered in any and all types of sports.

E.  To further provide a training ground for good sportsmanship.

F.  To provide the community with a program in which young people can
develop a spirit of tradition, community pride, and a sense of teamwork.

G.  To provide the necessary ingredients for young people to develop
better communication between themselves and adults through
competitive activities.

Welcome to the Oliver Springs Youth Club website!!  We will try and
use this site to inform  you of what's going on with our youth club.  We
plan on using this site to post information such as schedules, sign-up  
info and dates, uniform turn-in info and dates, youth club meeting
dates and times, as well as updates on our current gym/community
center progress.  Keep visiting our site as we continue to prepare it.
